This home is built on a 24 ft. foundation trailer and is 8.5 ft. wide. At its highest point it is 12 ft. tall from the ground. It features a King sized bed platform with two over sized drawers below, great for suitcases. There are USB outlets on either side of the bed and a small side table. There are plugs high on the wall at the head and foot of the bed for mounting a TV or projector and screen, so that you can watch movies from the comfort of your bed/lounge area.
There’s a flip up table to sit and have a meal, and there is also a comfy built in cushioned seat with room for storage cubes underneath.
The kitchen is well equipped with gorgeous butcher block countertops, a large pantry cabinet that can double as a wardrobe, a deep ceramic apron front sink, mini fridge and freezer, electric water heater, two burner induction cooktop, and laundry hookups built in behind one of the cabinets in case someone wants to live in it full time.
There is a Cooper and Hunter mini split unit to efficiently heat and cool the home. The full light front door has built in mini blinds for privacy. There is also a hanging swing chair for more seating.
The bathroom features a flush toilet with an outlet nearby in case the owner wants to switch to an incinerator toilet in the future. The shower is full sized with a grout-less Kohler wall panel and storage system. The vanity has two deep drawers with an LED mirror above, and nook shelving for all your necessities.
The exterior is clad in standing seam black metal siding with a galvanized tuff rib metal roof. The back of the home is dressed in yellow metal siding by Quality Edge to look like a large firefly all lit up at night! Everything is electric, so all you need to get set up is a 50 amp RV plug and water connections, and you are ready for a relaxing weekend away!
